Terms of sale
Article 1:
This contract is for the exclusive use of the booking stays in guest rooms.
The best reception will be reserved for guests. The owners personally undertake to ensure the reception of guests with all desirable attentions to facilitate their stay and knowledge of the region.
Article 2: Length of Stay
The signatory of this contract concluded for a fixed period shall in no circumstances invoke any right to maintain occupancy.
Article 3: Reservation request
This approach will be achieved by the following means:
• directly on the website of Star Garden
• or via another site
Article 4: Commitments
Booking a stay implies full acceptance of the conditions of sale and inventory usage conditions.
To ensure the peace and quiet and comfort of guests rating Garden, the respect of a certain "art of living" is indeed required to ensure the friendliness of the place and the comfort and privacy of all. Guests must respect the peaceful character of star Garden. It is especially requested not to smoke.
Customers undertake to make the rooms in good condition, to declare and financially assume all damages they might be responsible. For hygiene reasons no meals can be taken in rooms
It is specified that neither the washing machine or kitchen are not left at the disposal of guests.
Prices are all inclusive but excluding tax.
Article 5: Payment
- Accommodation is paid in full form of payment, when booking.
- Additional consumption and benefits (including tax * residence) must be paid in cash ** at end of stay
*The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer has to pay to Garden of stars which then transfers it to the public treasury. The tourist tax is 0.65 € per night and per person
**Cheques and credit cards are not accepted.
Article 6: Cancellation / Modification time
Cancellation by the applicant:
Due to the small size of our guest house, any cancellation affects us significantly. We ask you to send us the cancellation as soon as possible. In all cases :
• The deposit will be retained in full if the cancellation is made the day of arrival
• Half of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made within 7 days prior to arrival
• The deposit is refunded in full if cancellation is made at least 8 days prior to arrival.
Reservations are held until 20:30. Contactless before this time, this contract becomes void and the landlord may dispose of its guest rooms. The deposit remains.
In case of shortened stay, the price corresponding to the total cost of accommodation is fully vested to the owner.
Garden of stars draw your attention to the fact that no insurance is included in its rates. It is therefore strongly recommended to take out.
Cancellation by the owner:
In case of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, Garden of stars may have to cancel the trip. All means will be used to inform the applicant. The money collected will be refunded promptly. An alternative accommodation solution close to Garden of stars could be proposed.
Article 7: Occupancy
The number of people may not under any circumstances exceed the maximum capacity indicated by room.
Garden of stars will refuse the additional persons without prior written consent. No refunds will be considered.
Article 8: Timetable
Rooms are available from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and feasible. The client will prevent essential if arriving after 8:00 PM. Wherever possible, thank you not to arrive after 9:30 PM.
Breakfast will be served between 08:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
Dinners on reservation will be served between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
Access to Størvatt is possible between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
Restitution of rooms is later than 11:00 AM. Any departure later in this schedule may lead to the billing of an additional night. A quick tour of the room, in the presence of the owner, will allow everyone to verify the situation and bearing any oversights.
Article 9: Rules
1 Access to the site is allowed only for the hosts mentioned on the reservation contract.
2 stars Garden is a non smoking place.
3 Pets are not allowed.
4 Access to Størwatt requires compliance with safety and hygiene rules set out in Annex. In particular, it states that access to Størwatt, including children, is at your own risk. This access is prohibited for children under 12 years without the necessary supervision of a parent (maximum 2 children per supervisor). For children who can not swim, wearing armbands (not supplied) is required. It is also recalled that hot baths are not recommended for people who suffer from venous or severe heart failure.
In case of non respect of one of these four clauses by the customer, stars Garden can refuse the stay. This refusal may in no circumstances be considered a modification or termination of the contract with the owner of the initiative, so that in case of guest's departure, no refund can be considered.
Article 10: Modification of conditions of sale
These terms and conditions can be changed at any time without notice. The acceptance and compliance with these terms of sale are deemed earned immediately the deposit.
Article 11: Freedom of Information Act
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on computers, files and freedoms, you have a right to access and correct data concerning you. We promise not to transmit in any case the information you have provided to other companies or organizations.
Article 12: Complaints
All claims must be filed with the stars Garden and within 30 days from the date stay.
Article 13: Responsibilities
Garden of stars will not accept any liability for loss, theft, damage or injury caused to property or persons on the property, and regardless of the cause.
Annex on the use of Størvatt:
Our Størvatt is available to our guests from 6PM to 10PM (see price conditions) upon request in advance as it takes 6 hours of heating!
To fully enjoy it is necessary to provide swimsuits (shorts are not suitable).
For hygiene reasons, the access conditions are the following:
• Before taking place in the Størvatt, it is imperative to take a shower;
• People with skin disease or wounds are not authorized to access;
• The introduction of any object or toy is not allowed in the Størvatt.
Security :
• Access to Størwatt, including children, is at your own risk. This access is prohibited for children under 12 without adult supervision required.
